Assembly instructions Remove Ethernet port and all USB-A ports from pi 4. Be careful not to damage the pi.Solder USB extension cable to pi. Plug usb receiver for keyboard into it. Solder a power cable attaching another pi usb to the miniusb on the keyboard. Take the small battery that came with the keyboard out.Solder wires to GPIO pins, pass them through the hinge, then solder the other side to LCDSolder wires to GPIO pins, then solder other side to arduino. Then solder a second usb from the pi to microusb plugging into the arduino.Strip insulation off female HDMI to male micro HDMI cable and run it through the hinge. Plug micro HDMI side into pi.Solder fan wires to gpio.Screw hinge, pi, trackball, and fan into frame.Screw 3 pieces of the top frame together, and screw the LCD to it using standoffs.Plug in LCD to HDMI using the included 180 adapter.Screw HDMI and screen guards onto metal top frame.Screw & Nut list 4 M1.4 x 10mm for fan 4 M2 x 10mm standoffs for LCD 4 M2.5 x 30mm for swiveling hinge 2 M2.5 x 10mm w/ lock washers for opening/closing hinge 4 M2.5 x 10mm for pi 2 M3 x 15mm for left side of trackball 2 M3 x 25mm for right side of trackball 8 M3 x 8mm for top frame assembly 4 M3 x 25mm for screen bezel/"HDMI guard" Parts list 5" touchscreen HDMI LCD + 180 adapter that it should come with Raspberry Pi 4 micro sd card (at least 4gb) 3D printed bottom frame ultra slim battery bank (preferably "rupolar" brand) mini keyboard with dedicated 2.4ghz receiver (preferably "ipazzport" brand with dedicated mouse buttons on the right side) swivel hinge from ThinkPad X200/X201 tablet (hinges from other swivel laptops should work, but cad model will need to be adjusted) Blackberry trackball breakout module Either 3 aluminum or steel metal sheets or 1 metal sheet, depending on how precisely you can cut metal.
