EXPERIMENTAL! Work in progress... FDM Noob here. Please tell me if you have issues with the design. Thanks! So i designed this for my 400 mm³ CoreXY to fit in the top enclosure. It bolts to the corner of 3030 rails in every axis, replaces existing corner brackets or bolts into existing ones, thus adding some structural integrity. The idea was to be able to swing the whole thing out for filament change and have some sort of filament guidance without too much constraints. There is an arm to guide the filament, which is also free swiveling. The filament runs trough a cleaner, which is also without constraints. You might add the clamps to limit the travel in Z axis. I have added a carrier for spool-less filaments as well (tolerances might be subjected to change though) I hope you get the idea. Please let me know if you make this thing and run into trouble or have success. The spool shaft is a remix of some other popular designs here. Hardware needed: 2x Misumi B633ZZ Ball Bearing 3x Misumi SB6002ZZ Ball Bearing 3x Misumi BA1528 Axial Bearing 7x Socket Button Head Screw M6 x 16 (one bolts into existing invisible L-Joint) 1x Socket Button Head Screw M6 x 14 (sunk hole) 3x Socket Button Head Screw M3 x 14 1x Socket Button Head Screw M3 x 12 3 Thumb Screws M3 x 20 7x Hex Nut M3 7x T-Nuts for 3030 Profile 2x Filament Collet 2x Filament Collet Clip some 2 x 3 mm PTFE tube some cotton/sponge for the filament cleaner (i do not recommend to oil it!)
