Swoopy Edge-Mount Cupholder

A basic cupholder with some swoops. One version is for standard one-by-X lumber (with flanges that hug both sides), one version just has a simple top flange. Both mount using 2X #8 wood screws, but you could probably get away with VHB foam tape. (Either option will destroy the top surface; sorry.) Fits a standard pint glass. (It comes in pints?)
