Sword scabbard for Link costume

Printed pieces for a sword scabbard I made for my son's halloween costume. Based on Link's scabbard from the Legend of Zelda video game. Instructions This was designed specifically for a 33" foam sword (I think it is the Nerf N Force Vantage). I printed (1) each of the top and bottom pieces, and (2) each of the middle pieces and triforce design. Use yellow or gold filament, or just paint the pieces gold as I did. I rolled a 9"x22" piece of blue upholstery fabric into a tube, and used a hot glue gun to affix the printed pieces and to hold the whole thing together. The fabric is thick enough to retain it's shape pretty well. Sew, glue or otherwise attach a strap of some sort, add a sword and you're ready to defeat bosses and mini-bosses at every house in the neighborhood!
