If you are a new drone flyer and you have a X8C, you are eventually gonna need one (or more) of these. This is modeled on the original. There is a slight weight penalty for the remake. The original prop guard weighs 6 grams. This one at 2 shells and 10% infill weighed 10 grams with PLA. Still, this prop guard is much more rigid than the original.
