This is a case for the Chaos NAND handheld synthesizer from Synthrotek. https://www.synthrotek.com/products/lo-fi-synthesizer-circuits/4093-chaos-nand-handheld/ You will need to split the lid from the bottom with your slicer, I couldn't figure out how to do it with Tinkercad :). Could use a little more space for the battery storage underneath, I might edit it to allow for this but I'm happy with it as is for now.
