T-800 Terminator Skull for Dual Extrusion

I use the T-800 Skull at 8cm height to test 3D printers for the reviews on my website http://nicklievendag.com. Because I'm now testing the Leapfrog Creatr with Dual Extruder I created this two color version of the skull. Instructions The original model is pre-scaled down to 8cm height for my purposes (it makes a great test object because of the hydraulic beams) so if you need it bigger you need to scale it up again. I prepared the gcode with Simplify3D and printed it at 0,2mm layer height in Silver and Red PLA without rafts at 205 degrees on a Leapfrog Creatr. I set the bottom and ceiling layers both to 8 to prevent holes on top of the head and under the chin. For the Skull I used 3 walls and no infill. For the eyes I used 100% infill to ensure that the Red PLA started flowing well enough. I used Simplify3D's ooze prevention but still had some oozing of the idle extruders when the Creatr did the eyes. I fix the model a little with the use of a soldering iron, an x-acto knife and small needle nose pliers as you can see on Photo 2.
