T-nut for Bosch GTS 10 J featherboard

This is a slightly revised version of the t-nut from Zeropage's model. Zeropage's version fit in my Bosch GTS 10 J but it protruded beyond the top of the table resulting in the featherboard it was attached to not remaining in a fixed spot. I increased the height of the shoulders by about 1mm. It works for me.
