T-nut hex nut holder (customizable)

<p>I created this small holder while building our own RepRap printer based on Prusa i3 MK3S. This can be used with metric lead screws. The OpenSCAD design can be customized for different nut and screw diameters. You can read about our printer revisions on my blog:</p><ul><li><a href="https://geeksocket.in/posts/reprap-3d-printer/">https://geeksocket.in/posts/reprap-3d-printer/</a></li><li><a href="https://geeksocket.in/posts/reprap-3d-printer-revision-2/">https://geeksocket.in/posts/reprap-3d-printer-revision-2/</a> </li></ul><h4>Customizing</h4><p>Download all the three <code>.scad</code> files in same folder.</p><p>The files tnut-m8-holder-top.scad and tnut-m8-holder-bottom.scad call the module from tnut-m8-holder.scad, you can change the base thickness and toggle the bolt head hole creation. </p><p>Apart from these, you can modify the hex nut emax, lead screw hole, etc. in the tnut-m8-holder.scad file.</p><h4>Printing instructions</h4><p>I have printed it in PLA with 0.2 layer height. No support is required apart from brim.</p><p> </p><p>This design is inspired by <a href="https://toms3d.org/2017/02/23/building-cheapest-possible-prusa-i3-mk2/">Thomas Sanladerer's Dolly printer (clone of Prusa i3 MK2)</a>. </p>
