This is a rotor blade for a T-Rex 450 RC Helicopter optimized for very stable flight. The lightweight rotors provide much better stability over stock rotor blades. You can print this with supports which creates a very rigid blade preventing flapping, or print hollow for lighter weight but still having very stable flight. These rotors don't require balancing and provide more lift than stock blades. Another added benefit is when crashed, the blades break-away which reduce the damage to other helicopter parts. Instructions Print with out without a raft. Print either with zero infill or 15% infill for extra rigidity Print with 2 shells Place helper disks at the tip of the blade to prevent warping.
