This is a 1" (one inch) T-slot rail compatible with the measurements of the commercial 80/20 aluminum equivalent. I printed it out to let myself try fitting various parts together before ordering metal cutting in the machine shop! Mine was made in ABS so you can join lengths together if you want longer ones. Seems quite strong.
