t-trak R19 inside+outside corner module

This is a cut plan for the deck of a aesthetically pleasing R19 module for t-trak that can be an inside or outside corner by swapping in appropriate scenery blocks, or just used by itself. This utilizes the Kato superelevated double-concrete track, one 45 degree section and one set of easements. I was able to re organize the SVG outlines and (just barely) laser cut these in a 60 watt Redsail clone laser engraver/cutter machine, out of 1/4" birch plywood using 100% power, 10mm/s speed and two passes. You'll need to re-organize and slightly angle the largest pieces to fit the bed. You'll need two 2x2' 1/4" birch plywood (or other material of choice) available at the "blue" hardware store. The cuts provided are only for the deck (laser cutting the curves), and are intended to have scrap lumber blocks under the ends and middle cut to fit with t-trak compliant height and adjustable feet added, and then the sides skinned with hardiboard/homosote via screw/glue or clamp/glue method. I have a loop module on the t-trak wikia that is skinned with this method, it sounds tough to do but it's pretty easy with enough clamps and glued blocks to secure it. update 9/2/17 - my calculations were off by 4mm, uploaded new STL/SVGs update 9/5/17 - still couldn't get my geometry right, but cut them and trim the ends a bit to get the overhang you need on the track. Also uploaded some extra pics. update 12/13/17 - I believe my geometry is actually correct on these, I have since found out the laser machine I used wasn't calibrated well. Also, I did verify the geometry on these does work into a classic t-trak layout, these cause a one foot increase in size per dimension, per pair.
