Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/gwbisle2qcW Print Settings Printer: prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 100% Notes: I did cheat a little, while printing the teeth after the initial bottom layers they start to curl upward and eventually catching on the extruderhead and ruining the print, so inbetween the passes of the extruder i gently put a metal hobbyknife on the teeth everso lightly pressing them down a little and cooling them at the same time (you will have to be very quick) EDIT : after getting the printer completely dialed-in adjusted and finetuned and upgraded with good coolingduct etc the print of the red comb went without any troubles whatsoever. How I Designed This Since my original comb was defective (the black one in de photo) i desided to try and design a replacement comb. It turned out to be a very rough shape wich needed some sanding and work around the teeth area but the endresult is a very usable comb for my babyliss for men clipper eventhough only the middle setting works ok, it does the job for me. I had at least 5 failed prints before this "final" result, changing the design a little every time. try with support under the teeth (even with break-off bits attached to them) this was the best result of all the things i tried.
