Here's a completely reworked version of the text: I've reimagined the original design from scratch using a 24mm arm and a 1806 motor, which you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:304237. To improve upon the existing STL file, I've redrawn the entire part to make it cleaner and more streamlined. Now, there's ample space for three strips of 5050-sized LEDs (60 LEDs per meter), such as WS2812. Inside the enclosed portion of the circle is a narrow channel that allows you to feed thin wires into the tube with ease - I used 0.25mm^2 wire for this purpose. Additionally, I've increased the size of the motor vents at the bottom to provide better airflow to the motor windings. I've also included the SolidWorks source file so you can modify it to suit your specific needs. Keep in mind that this is still a Work In Progress (WIP), but it's nearing completion. After further refinement, I've released version 2 of the design on August 16th. This final iteration features slightly larger openings to make LED installation even simpler.
