This is an adapter that lets T4P cartridges fit in a 1/2" headshell (what 99% of record players have). ### **Why did I make this?** I have some excellent LOMC cartridges lying around which are T4P mount. My linear tracking turntable is busted (RIP), and I want to use it on a normal record player. Now I can! # Why are there 2 models, and which one do I choose? 1. The 4.5mm model should fit most T4P cartridges 1. The 5.5mm model adds an extra 1mm of clearance for cartridges like Grado's Prestige series. If the 4.5mm doesn't fit your cartridge, use this file instead. # How do I print this? - Take a gander at the print settings. - Make sure the top is aligned to the print surface; you need to print it upside down (see photos beneath). This is critical for the mating-surface's alignment. - Make sure you print with supports, as the cartridge mounting hole (the square) is a tight friction fit. - You'll need to remove the supports carefully with a sprue cutter; make sure you support it well while cutting. ## Acknowledgements - u/foetusized
