Designed these to connect T8 lead screws with both 8mm and 2mm leads, to nema 23 stepper motors. Also have designs for collars / clamps, see my other things. Threaded to fit onto the lead screw end, then clamps in place. Plastic flexes to hold the shaft, needs two M3 nuts and bolts. I used 15mm long. And yes the two designs are slightly different there, I updated one with recesses for the M3 nuts but not the other! No reason, just didnt get around to it. Printing this will be very dependant on the tolerances of your machine. If you find it too tight / loose then try scaling appropriately. Bear in mind that very small differences can have significant results - but also that it should be as tight as it can be, while allowing you to screw it into place. Designed to be printed with the threaded end against the bed. I printed in ABS. You'll need to use support material for the arm sections, plus likely a good sized brim or something like that to give enough contact area to stick to the bed. Enjoy!
