I am in the process of building an enclosure for my 3D printer and I wanted a clean pass-through bushing to get my wires and cables through the bottom while minimizing the opening size. This fits a hole from a 1-3/4" hole saw perfectly. I used (3) #6 flat wood screws to mount the ring permanently to my enclosure bottom, however screws are not necessary. UPDATE! As stated in the comments, the original size was off a bit. I have corrected the 1.75in version and also uploaded a 2in and 2.5in version. If anyone needs an additional size, please let me know. I've re-done my Solidworks file so I can quickly change the size. Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 6 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .30 Infill: 100% Notes: Printed in MeltInk PLA without support. For best results print place the largest area of the part (tops) laying on Table.
