This handle can be used for many things but was designed for a Sears/Craftsman Table Saw Model Series 113.xxxx Fence Rail to tighten the rail down. Once you put it together there should be a gap at the seam. I made the tip end nut pocket a tad shallow to insure the nut didn't have room to play and wearing out the plastic once the handle pieces were glued tightly together. Recommended settings: Layer: .2-.25 Walls: 3-4 ( I did 5, i was over kill) Fill: 35-50% (50% felt a little on the over kill side but strong) I printed both parts at the same time without issue. Bust the model apart in your Host/Slicer. The rest of the settings would depend on your filament. My Baseline: Mat Type: PLA 1.75 Machine: Delta (FT) Print time: 2hr 40mins Layers: .2 Top/Bottom/Side Layers: 5 Raft: Yes Infill: 50% (Fast Honeycomb pattern) Support: I recommend not to print the butt of the handle down. It will save you from the support but I find the thickest strongest ends are the bottoms of anything I print. If this is you then print it with supports and face the handle towards the table with the butt end up in the air. This will make sure where all the torquing is being done at the end is supported by a strong tight bond. This is where is it most likely to break in my design. Other Thoughts: I just used some Gel "Loctite" Super Glue and you would have to destroy it to break it apart. I will be making the Tilt Lock handle soon. Its super prone to break on these model table saws. I wish I would have keyed the two pieces but after I super glued them, there's no way their going to spin or slip inside each other from the twisting action. Print Settings Printer: Folger Tech Kossel Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .2 Infill: 40% Notes: ::More Settings In Notes:: Post-Printing
