MINI PUSHER 200X200 PRINT TABLE UPDATE 6th Sept 2019 - For those printing the tracks separate from the legs...new sets of tracks - offset inside with 0.2 and the end with 0.1mm. Keep in mind that TPU filament is hydrophile, and the quality of the same filament after 10 hours of printing can be different at the end of the print; if the printing environment is humid! For Print Bed - print on glass with a solution of PVA (withe glue) - 10-20%. Print is great, using generic filament ! Filament was dried ... 70 Celsius degree for two hours prior printing! Pads come with DUAL FILAMENT PRINT OPTION, if your printer can do it. Those printing in dual mode... I do not know with what settings to make the parts... Currently I design the parts printed in dual mode - with "0" tolerance If anyone needs parts for dual print heads ... just let me know what are the setting for two parts printed together. For those not able to print rubber/elastic fillament, see track version where 0.8 -1.2mm rubber sheet can be used and secured with pins. 3.0 and 3.2 pins are provided. A FLAT version is provided also , if chose to glue the rubber tracks.
