I was searching for a spoon to measure out the perfect portion of my supplement drink, coming in at about 14 grams per serving. To verify my findings, check out the picture above showing the actual measurement of the spoon's volume - it holds almost a full amount when filled with water, and I can still squeeze in another 3 milliliters using a syringe. The maximum capacity of this spoon is 15 milliliters when filled to the brim with water, which weighs about 1 gram per cubic centimeter. As for typical servings per tablespoon in powder form, it usually comes out to around 14 grams, and that's already more than enough.
