UPDATE January 1, 2020: I just added my latest updated design of this taillight post. In place of using tie warps, it uses two M4-30 screws to screw a cap onto the main post assemble. The cap will need the bolt hole drilled to a larger diameter. However the main post body will except the M4 by threading directly into the printed hole. Make sure the bolt is threaded straight. This will clamp straight onto the tubing as shown in this video on Youtube. https://youtu.be/lUWKLw8ThA8 This is an adaptor post for placing a post type taillight or headlight onto 25 to 26mm tubing with tie wraps. I needed a vertical post, 26mm diameter for mounting my taillight to. I couldn't find one so I made this file to print one. Both the tie wrap end and the post are designed for use on 26mm diameter tubing/light mount. This is an easy print. It can be printed without supports, but I had to use a brim to allow enough surface area for the print to stick. I used a .6mm nozzle and 1.4mm shell. I used 15% infill which seems to be enough. I used PETG to print this. I'm sure PLA would work as well. For those asking, the light I'm using for the tail is a NiteRider Sentry Aero 260 Tail Light. I highly recommend this light. It works very well with a number of modes. I picked mine up from Amazon. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F7NY7DD
