It is home to a variety of magical beasts and magical beings to whom some have not been seen by men. Protecting the entrance are the so called guardians of the forest. Only one of the guardians has ever been seen and known to man and strangely by accident. The entrance to Woerkmood was never revealed to man until one day a common woodcutter hoping to find better quality wood almost walked through the barrier protecting enchanted forest. There he saw the towering Tak Ul'goth! The woodcutter ran as fast as he could and reported what he saw to the townfolk. Ever since then, several have tried to break through the magical barrier, but they always end up unsuccessful with Tak Ul'goth stopping them at every step.
