Takenoko Board Game Card Holder

Takenoko Board Game Card Holder

I've been playing Takenoko quite a while recently, and find it to be a great board game. The one thing I felt needed a little improvement, however, was the fact that I had to either hold the objective cards in my hands (which is uncomfortable, as hands are needed to perform game actions) or memorize them (which is equally uncomfortable, as I keep forgetting them and need to look at them very often). I then decided to design an objective card holder, to both help with ongoing objectives (facing the player) and completed objectives (facing the opponents). We've been using them for a while now, and I believe they make the game easier to play. They are designed to be long enough to hold 3 objective cards without overlap, but they can easily hold 5 or 6 cards with a bit of overlap. The slots for the completed objectives cards can hold up to 12 cards, which is more than I have ever needed (my best game ended with 11 completed objectives, including the Emperor Card). The card holders fit in the original box, inside the compartment for the water irrigation canals. Two of them fit very nicely, if you need more than two you can place them inside the box, under the plastic blister that holds all the components. It is very possible that this card holder can also work for board games that use cards similar to the ones Takenoko has (4.5 x 6.5 cm), if you don't mind it having "Takenoko" written on it... :) Instructions This has been printed on my Arduino Materia 101 in black PLA. Layers are 0.2mm thick, infill is a 20% honeycomb, and it needs no supports for printing.
