Bike went down on concrete and smashed the OEM aluminum handlebar end caps and thought I'd print a replacement. Widened it and thickened it compared to stock to protect it a bit more. Reuses the screw and the inner piece that threads onto the screw and expands. I printed the exposed half with 30% infill to allow a crumple zone and also used the fuzzy skin feature in PrusaSlicer. Not required but thought the texture looked nice. The inner half I printed with 100% infill for strength. Printed it all in one piece and used the "height range modifier" to change the settings for each half.
