Taller Base and modified buttons for DSO138 Simple Case

I really love the design of this case - it's truly one of my favorites! I've printed several others before, but this one stands out as the best - especially how the top and bottom snap together securely. Unfortunately, once I inserted the oscilloscope card, my original prints wouldn't close properly. I suspect that there must be something different about the DSO138 card. This remix takes the original base and simply makes it a bit taller. What's more, on the original design, the pushbuttons were a bit too tight, and the slider switches seemed far too tight to push on. I've made some adjustments so they all fit perfectly with no catching at all.
