Taller Hanger for Wire Shelves to Rubbermaid Container

This is a taller version of the hanger provided in in [tkostandyan5's](https://www.thingiverse.com/tkostandyan5) [dry box.](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4976052) I wanted to use the hanger with those adjustable metal wire shelves you can buy just about anywhere, but found that since I was not using the provided screw holes, I needed a little reach. I was tempted to stretch the whole model out but decided to chop it up in tinkercad instead, and added exactly nine millimeters to the middle part before reattaching the top and bottom. I measured the gap in the shelves using calipers and it came out to roughly 8.8 mm, so I rounded up and called it good. I left the screw holes in place in case anyone wanted to keep them or if I decide to move these later. Hope this saves someone a little time.
