A common issue with after market chassis and the Tamiya Clod Buster is the lack of clearance between the front tyres and the lower links. This Thing replaces the stock wheel adaptor and bolts directly to the wheel adding 11mm to the width on each side. Required per wheel: 5x M3x30 steel screws 5x plain or nyloc M3 nuts 10x M3 washers Tools: 3mm drill bit 16mm drill bit or reamer https://youtu.be/uNQ87s7WQ_w Another consideration, the default setting in Cura aren't ideal, it leaves a void between the hex and wheel nut so the floor and ceiling thicknesses should be adjusted. Also the wall thickness can be increased to makes the tubes around the screws more substantial. You can also use 0% infill to save a bit of time. I've added some screenshots of the default and modified settings.
