Tamiya F104 spur gear

These gears I use on my Tamiya F103 racers, which actually has an F104 dif. It takes 12 3 mm balls. I printed it in PLA and it seems to hold up well. I ran one gear for two training days and a full race day, without noticable damage or wear. In PETG would probably be better. I am working on V2 gears, as I noticed the originals let dirt into the ball section too easily. But now I need supports and this is not doing the surface any good. Since my bed is very good at grabbing the part, I chose to use a raft not to damage the teeth when taking the part of the bed. For the part, it is not required. I will upload more versions as I go, and some gear blancs for you to tinker with if you like, when I get 'round to it. Printed in PLA, 0,2 mm layer height, no supports for the originals, supports for the V2 versions.
