Despite its size, I found the space available for mounting the speed controller, receiver and other electronics quite unsatisfying. Especially the King Yellow has a huge volume under its body -- so I decided to use some of it, by adding a platform to mount my electronics on. Features: * Large area to place components on * Many slots for cables ties * Antenna mount with some holes * Mount position for a ESC power switch (19 mm hole distance, 2 mm diameter) The platform uses all provided printable parts (remember to print two feet!) and screw holes already existing on the model. You only need some additional M3 screws (counter-sunk and regular head) for the platform itself and the feet holding it. You may need to drill out some of the holes with a 3 mm drill bit to let the screws move freely. Material needed: * 4x M3 screws, 10 mm, counter-sunk head for mounting the platform to the girders * 2x M3 screws, 10 mm, regular head for mounting feet to frame * 2x M3 screws, 12 mm, regular head for mounting feet to front girder * 6x M3 nuts * (A couple of M2 screws for the switch [usually already supplied]) Please note, that the picture show a slightly older version.
