I started making the Tamiya Lunchbox JR. RC Conversion Kit by SCHH and really liked it. Though I thought a few things could be improved. For looks, I wanted to bumper to look more like the original 12th scale lunch box bumper. The shocks, I felt could look more shock like. And the biggest modification I did, the front suspension.
