Videohttps://youtu.be/vwm3Et7M15k I recently acquired an old M02 Chassis with a lot of play in the suspension. Not to mention that the suspension components were way too flexible. So i drew them up but not exactly as original. The lower arms have the Spring mount built in instead of a separate part. The Front Carriers are curved nicely. Regardless of the design differences the factory Geometry has been retained. For printing Suspension parts its a good idea to have a proper drill set with many sizes of bits. For this set you will need a 1.5mm, 2.5mm and 3mm drill bits. Regardless of any print method you always have to ream the holes before assembly but this means yours parts will fit way better with much less play. 1.5mm drill bit for the Spring mount hole 2.5mm Drill Bit for the upper arm mounting holes 3mm Drill Bit for the lower arm mounts, lower carriers and Uprights.
