Tamiya Super Astute Rear Shock Mount

Rear shock tower mount/bulkhead for the Tamiya Super Astute. This could likely be modified to work for the Tamiya Astute, but the upper turnbuckle mount has been modified. This mount has been modified to remove the press nuts and use M3 locknuts. This also has the clips added to space the turnbuckle mount outwards. Tap the physical mounting holes with a M3 tap. Update: I have updated the design (V2) which has a tapered mounting hole to help facilitate slicing (should either generate very small supports or no supports) and I have adjusted the roll bar slot (height and slight position adjustment). This should print pretty well on most printers. Update: While working out the lower mounting chassis plate, I discovered I made a mistake in the mounting pattern by 0.5 mm. The V1/V2 versions would likely mount, but may require some reaming of the non-tapped hole.
