Tamiya Vanquish Front Upright

Tamiya Vanquish Front Upright

Front upright/steering arm for Tamiya Vanquish. It will also probably fit the Avant, Egress & Vajra. I made this because the steering arm broke after a minor collision with a wall. This should be much stronger than the original. I printed it in PLA at 20% infill and it is strong enough. Post-Printing The holes for the bearings are a bit small, so you will probably need to file it (I used a Dremel) until the bearing fits tightly. Make sure you push the bearings all the way in (otherwise the circlip will not go on). EDIT: I have updated it to v2. Now the bearing holes are a fraction bigger (increased diameter from 10.92mm to 11.0mm). You may still need to file the hole to make the bearing fit. How I Designed This I created this in Google Sketchup 2017 (v17.2.2555) and I have included the skp file (RHS only. Just flip it on the green or red axis to get LHS). I also uploaded a Sketchup 2016 version (for users whose computers cannot take Sketchup 2017)
