Lens/body cap for the tamron adaptall 2 teleconverters or for adapters, made based on a 01F SP teleconverter cap. It is not exactly the same as the original, but should be close enough to work well. I would print with the large flat side down. On my printer the tabs sag slightly, but it still tightens and is usable.
