Tank robot with RC command

Review of robot edited by timmiclark with cover and large cover (for same robot twice size). Two modules added: One with mobile turret for camera adaptation, with recuperation of turret using two servo motors; one with fixed turret for ultrasonic sensors. Robot powered by three cells LiPo battery and two DC motors with reductions. Drive-by Bluetooth HC-05, Arduino, and sharp proximity sensor. All pieces can be printed in standard dimensions or doubled body larger dimension and use "CapotXL.stl" part for cover. First version used "JupeTank.stl" for safe tracks.
