Self align and self square double corner for 20x20 aluminum profile. Part of Tank3d Printer , many more things there, take a look. Similar to Tank3D T corner A and B 20x20 aluminum profile, but simpler and though self aligning, its purpose is just to support other parts. Not for critical square assemblies. Very strong, at the same time almost invisible as it is designed to have same thickness as neighbor aluminum profile. Print Settings Printer: Original Prusa Mk2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.4mm nozzle 0.2mm normal Infill: 30-50% Notes: I print it 30-50% infill. Normal detail using 0.4mm nozzle. When printed correctly impossible to brake apart bare handed and will not sag with time. Do not save material here in order to avoid machine sag with time Custom Section Strong and Discrete design Original design after some tests and prototypes. Main reason was all i found was so ugly and bulky. I liked to be invisible and allow attaching panel outside the frame , so to enclose the printer i am designing
