This is a further remix of my own Tantillus upper Slide-ON corners - which is a remix of the original top corners. This version Now there are room for adding spacers or thrust bearings between the XY rod bearings and GT2 pulleys. This will help keep the rods and the entire XY structre in place. Just like the Ultimaker. Easier to make room for wires for front mounted LEDs like the UM - I ended up putting wires up over the rod though, but you do require a bit less material and time when printing. BOM Print in ABS if you use heated chamber and print very hot materials like Polycarbonate You CAN print the spacers, but I recommend using something slippery for it. I have used 5mm ABS spacers (bought) and also tested using 5mm thrust-bearings with good results. In addition you need 0,8mm normal spacer/shim with 8mm center hole and 16 outer diameter.Recommendations I recommend you take a look at my Tantillus Compact Ultimaker Slider Adapters Also recommend looking at my Tantillus (Ultius) lead-screw Z-axis - complete Print Settings Printer: JennyPrinter Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0,2-0,25 Infill: 40% Notes: It doesn't require much. From 20% infill and up.. I ended up printing mine at 100% ABS though, just to give them greater heat-resistance (more mass, longer it takes to warm up). Print one and make sure it can actually fit on your machine, before you start a complete job for all 4 pieces as they take a while to print and you might need to make some adjustments. Front left has some minor polygon errors which I cant seem to fix. Shouldn't show on print though. How I Designed This Tinkercad Edited the STL files in Tinkercad.com as allways.
