Haven't printed yet but the size is 30mmx20mm for the sheath and handle and the blade is around 190mm long. This is planned for one of my upcoming cosplays! The blade is separate for easier printing/painting and should just fit into the handle, I do recommend adding some superglue or something like that into the handle and along the end of the blade just in case! My printer has a nossel size of 0.4mm so all tight fitting pieces are sized for 1.6mm, so the pieces should have a click/tightness to them!
