I made this cap to keep gnats and other pests out of my homebrew taps. They are probably not fool proof, but it is better than them being wide open. The holes will not print perfectly on my printer, but I think that makes them better as the holes are small enough to allow air flow, but not allow gnats. This thing was made with Tinkercad.
