I've noticed my kitchen tap's lever has a form that outshines its function. The compact handle means greasy hands turning the water on will touch it after washing up. Just a side note, I'm not obsessed with germs. Nevertheless, I'm tired of having to clean the handle frequently. This cover, engineered with an offset to counteract the tap arm's movement, allows pushing from one direction and closing the tap with the other when finished. I'm not sure how many others have similar faucets, so I'm mostly sharing this as a design inspiration. If you've got a similar faucet and it works well for you too, feel free to let me know!
