When cutting threads in 3D printed parts, the tap is too unwieldy for me. With these holders, you can cut the threads in plastic parts more easily and with more feeling. To make the taps fit with suction, adjust the "horizontal hole extension" in Cura if necessary... I found out that my M5, M6 and M8 taps have the same wrench size. All parts incl. OpenScad source.
