Tap-O-Mat - M3/M4/M5/M6 Thread Cutter/Tap to Drill-Bit Adapter

<p>This is a simple adapter for M3, M4, M5 and M6 tread cutting taps to a Hex drill bit. I created it because I only have a hand drill with an HEX-Insert and did not want to buy specialised taps.</p><p>I intended it to work on both sides (M3, M4 on one and M5, M6 on the other; the hex bit fits on both sides), but the one side works fine for all four types of thread taps.</p><p>When clamping the part there is a lot of flex, therefore <strong>I strongly recommend using a sturdy but flexible material like ABS or PETG</strong>.</p><p>Screws I used:</p><ul><li>2x M5x16 with a Hex-head</li><li>2x M5 wing nuts</li></ul><p>Optional but recommended to fix the clamps:</p><ul><li>2x M3x8 countersunk</li></ul>
