Strips the plastic bit away and lets the parts fall into a vial for more convenient storage. You can usually get about 3000 per 1.5 dram vial. A 2 dram vial should get pretty close to fitting an entire reel's worth of resistors inside. Currently this only works on 0805 sized resistors. And with the paper tape.
