A minimal tape dispenser/roller for Scotch tape (for rolls with an internal diameter of 25mm, external diameter up to 55mm). Uses a piace of blade cut from a cling-film (or other kitchenware) roll, cut to a lenght of 20mm. Can be used either as a vanilla tape dispenser or like a mini tape roller by wrapping the tape over the inner hole: https://youtu.be/ytOBm7e9S7U If the fit of the blade is too loose wrap the inner side with one or two layers of tape to make it thicker. Tape can fix itself™
