It goes in the center of your tape roll. And then it goes in a tape dispenser. Just look at the pictures. Instructions Print it. Drill out center hole to 3mm. Cut a piece of 3mm wooden dowel to the proper length. For my tape dispenser this was 31mm. Shove the dowel in the hole. Put a tape roll on it. Stick it in the dispenser thingy. Tape some stuff!!
