A Tapered cylinder pommel and end cap for Belegarth foam swords. For a 1/2" diameter round core. For better results, print using Colorfabb Varioshore Foaming TPU filament. With the settings I have listed the print will feel similar to a boffer sword pommel that has been made from 4lb density microcell foam. Print at 240c, 70% flow rate, 50 mm/s. Infill 30-35% with 4 wall thickness should yield a piece that feels similar to 2-4lb density microcell foam.
