Recently, I had to craft a substitute handle for an old-school video game machine. Following the print job, I filled the newly created piece with a strong adhesive resin and then carefully inserted an M6-threaded rod using a screw. Once the resin hardened, I removed the screw and gave the surface a fine sanding to smooth it out.
