Unfortunately I broke my acrylic Y carriage plate while using a little persuasion to release a part from the print bed... As I did not have any suitable aluminium plate, I have no other choice than to make a printable version. I usualy desing Y carriage plates with 3 leveling points only, because you can't avoid twisting your heatbed with a 4 points carriage. I also like a 3 roller drive because you can't have the same pressure on each wheel with 4 wheels. Through, 3 whees works perfect. The one which is single on its size is the adjustable one. Less is more, in this case. I recommend to rotate the heatbed to have the wiring on the board side. IMHO, this is a go to Y carriage for the DIY tarantula. Heatbed Screw Spacing 205mm. BOM : Printed parts, 9x M3x8mm self taping screws (for plastic) Recycled original wheels and hardware (minus one). Enjoy ;)
