TARC Rocket 2021-2022 Transition

I created a new transition for my TARC team's rocket based on the dimensions listed in our OpenRocket model/simulation. I 3d printed the transition and incorporated it into the rocket. The transition connects the upper body tube to the lower body tube and has internal holes for the shock cord to attach to. This transition differs from previous years because the holes to attach to the shock cord are on the bottom of the piece to be able to print the piece without needing supports. The transition is also better friction fit to the body tubes.
