Welcome to "Tartarus" Hobby Rocket! Features: = Nose cone coupler for increased parachute storage! = Optimized stabilization fins! = 22.5 Degree gyroscopic stabilizer fins for straight flight (will provide version without)! = Perfectly sized fin body for F sized Estes Black powder Engines! Instructions: - Print using the Ready To Print model provided. See print settings. - Glue the nose cone coupler to the fin body and motor housing (super glue recommended) - Prepare your parachute (use a premade, or make a tablecloth parachute, see link) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CISZ7RUye5w - Attach your shock string to the inside of the nose coupler, and the other end in the nose - Mount your parachute to the shock-string - Glue Engine holders to the side body of the F sized estes engine exactly 180 degrees from eachother - Slide the engine holders with the engine into the designated slots at the back of the rocket You will have to add your own launch mechanism. Due to the numerous launchpad types and techniques, it is near impossible to design for one pad and hope to cater to everyone. If you have a simple rod launch pad, simply glue a straw to the side of the rocket and mount. Edit the rocket body if needed. Use the "F" sized Estes engines. "E" size is a half-charge of the "F" size and might not provide enough thrust nor flight time for the rocket to reach its potential. Always ensure you're launching with proper model rocket launch equipment and ensure your launch area is completely safe of hazards. Ensure your rocket or your presence in your launch area is not a hazard. As always, do not launch near airports, public places, near power lines, in heavily wooded areas or in areas where a moderate fire risk or above is present or near any official government buildings/facilities. |ALWAYS CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS BEFORE A LAUNCH|
